A:Once you have your wall panels installed, the panels can be cleaned with soap and water only.
Any harsh abrasives will damage the finish on the tiles.

How can I remove that?
A:If some of the adhesive has dried on the finish side of the panels, you can use mineral spirits to remove
it. Mineral spirits is the only thing you can use that won't damage the panel's finish.
Q: What is your MOQ? Can l have a sample order?
A:The MOQ is 1-100pcs. As different products, the MOQ is different. Welcome to order sample.
Q: Does the product accept customization?
A: We accept any customization of wood products. (OEM, OBM, ODM)
Q: Can the logo or company name be printed on the wood products or package?
A: Sure. Your Logo can be putted on the products by Laser carving, Hot Stamping, Printing, Embossing, UV
Coating,Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.
Q: When will the goods be delivered?
A: It depends on the product type and order quantity. Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small orders
after receiving full payment. But for large orders, we need about 30 days.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: 50% deposit at first via T/T, 50% balance pay before the shipment. We'll show you the photos of the products
and packages before you pay the balance.
