Q: When will the goods be delivered?
A: It depends on the product type and order quantity. Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small orders after receiving full payment.
But for large orders, we need about 30 days.

Q:How do I need to prepare the wall before I install wall panels?
A:The wall that you plan to install wall panels on needs to be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, wax, etc. After you've cleaned the
wall, be sure that it is dried thoroughly. Acceptable substrates are drywall, plaster or clean, smooth tile. Any damaged, loose or uneven
areas must be repaired, patched, leveled and primed. Fill cracks and irregularities with wallboard compound or spackling, then sand smooth
with fine-grade sandpaper. Any porous material like highly textured drywall, plywood (or any raw wood without primer), and wallpaper
unless removed, sanded and primed, will result in adhesive failure.
Q:Do I need trims to finish my project?
A:No. Adding and using trims is a personal choice and not required. See product installation guides for ways to finish an edge without trims.
Q:Can the wall panels be cleaned?
A:Once you have your wall panels installed, the panels can be cleaned with soap and water only. Any harsh abrasives will damage the finish
on the tiles.
Q:During the installation of my wall panels, some of the adhesive dried on the finish side of my panels. How can I remove that?
A:If some of the adhesive has dried on the finish side of the panels, you can use mineral spirits to remove it. Mineral spirits is the only thing
you can use that won't damage the panel's finish.
Q:Can the wall panels be fixed in my living room?
A:The wall panels can be used both indoors and outdoors as you deem fit. They lighten up the look of anywhere you fix them.
