The Chinese timber industry has never faced so many changes and pressures as it is now.
In the past two or three months, due to the repeated epidemics, unfavorable real estate policies, and chaos in container shipping, the domestic timber industry has been under enormous pressure from the supply side to the sales side.
Increasing revenue without increasing profit has become the main theme of China's timber industry in the fourth quarter. Under this kind of pressure, timber operators are anxious, impetuous, and withdrawn, but they are more actively seeking a way out.
Of course, what kind of concept determines what method, "it is difficult to make profits in the stock market" has long been a consensus in the industry, and how to obtain the ability to survive through long-term and short-term performance optimization is the focus of many industry insiders.
During the recent market visits and research, I was pleasantly surprised to find that those wood merchants with more resilience and ideas have already taken action, and there are more and more explorations on the development of resources, channels and models. However, it will take a period of hardship to know whether the new path can be made through, but in any case, it will be known only after walking, and there will be a chance.
The most certain thing at the moment is "uncertainty", and in the face of this new normal, change may be the only way out. Change is pass, common is progress!
