As we conclude the third week of our business inspection in Australia, I am pleased to share the continued progress made by our team in strengthening the market presence of Dongguan MuMu Woodwork Co., Ltd.. From November 17 to 20, our delegation carried out a full schedule of engagements across Sydney and Brisbane, focusing on expanding the application of our custom wooden products-including puzzle panels, integrated door-wall-cabinet systems, and fire-retardant wood panels. During this period, we held in-depth conversations with eight local partners, including residential developers, design studios, and building material wholesalers, which further broadened our cooperative network in the region.

Strategic Focus: Expanding Application Scenarios
This week's discussions revolved around exploring how our customized wood solutions can be adopted in more diverse project environments. Clients showed strong interest in our ability to deliver stable quality, flexible customization, and reliable engineering collaboration-key strengths that align with the needs of the Australian building materials market.
Tiered Partnership Strategy
To better match partner needs with project scales and future potential, Jerry and Rachel implemented a tiered cooperation approach:
Key Partners (Brisbane Residential Developer Group)
With one of the major residential developers in Brisbane-already collaborating with us on flooring and staircase materials-our team successfully expanded the cooperation scope into full-house solutions. The extended product categories now include custom skirting boards, cabinetry components, and veneer surfaces.
In addition, both parties jointly established a project progress mechanism tailored to two ongoing developments. With these enhancements in place, we expect at least 30% growth in upcoming orders.
