This week, Dongguan MuMu Woodwork Co., Ltd.'s CEO Jerry and Rachel, Director of International Sales Department 1, successfully completed a seven-day business trip to Melbourne, Australia. According to the pre-arranged itinerary, they visited key local clients one by one, engaging in in-depth discussions and cooperation talks regarding core businesses such as wooden wall panels and customized wooden products. From their feedback, I deeply felt that although the schedule was tight, the trip proved highly productive and rewarding.

During five days of intensive visits, Jerry and Rachel adhered to the principles of efficiency and pragmatism as they conducted face-to-face communication with 11 existing and potential clients from various industries, including interior design firms, construction contractors, and home furnishing retailers. Throughout the meetings, they introduced in detail the advantages of our products-such as eco-friendly materials, customizable craftsmanship, and strict quality control systems-while patiently addressing questions related to installation compatibility and after-sales support.
Many clients remarked after the discussions, "Meeting Jerry and Rachel in person has strengthened our confidence in future cooperation." They also proactively shared insights on local market demands and design trends, providing us with valuable first-hand information.

Beyond the efficient and focused business meetings, Melbourne's unique urban charm added more color to the trip. During the visit, Jerry noted, "This city blends cultural heritage with modern vitality, making it possible to feel relaxed even in a busy schedule." Although each day was tightly arranged and somewhat tiring, the warm reception and positive feedback from clients filled the entire visit with a strong sense of accomplishment.

Rachel also shared her thoughts: the in-depth face-to-face communication not only further strengthened existing partnerships but also uncovered several potential project opportunities, offering new possibilities for us to continue expanding in the Australian market.

This trip to Melbourne marks an important step in the company's efforts to deepen its overseas market development. Based on the client feedback collected during this visit, we will continue to refine our products and services, connecting with global partners in a more professional and attentive manner, and bringing high-quality wooden products to even more international markets.
