3. The wall should be treated with moisture-proof
Although the carbonized wood is anti-corrosion and waterproof, the moisture-proof treatment of the wall can better protect the wall panel from damage.
4. Pull the wire to check the top plate
Before the formal construction, it is necessary to pull the wire to check the wallboard to avoid the thickness of the wallboard's top strip, unevenness, splitting, etc., and correct it in time if there is any problem.
5. The yin and yang angles should be horizontal and vertical
The yin and yang corners of the wall panels are the key and difficult points of construction. Special attention should be paid to ensure that the yin and yang angles are vertical and horizontal, and the seam splicing is 45°.
6. The skirting line and the bead should be close to the panel
Skirting boards and battens should fit snugly against the panels without excessive gaps. The spacing of nails for fixing skirting boards or beading should generally not be greater than 300mm; the nail caps should be flattened, and the depth into the slats should be 0.5-1.0mm, and the nail holes should be smoothed with oily putty of the same color.
