Advantages: Compared with natural wood, solid wood particle boards are smooth and delicate, and have no defects such as scars and insect eyes, so they are highly decorative; due to the cross-staggered structure inside the boards, they have good nail holding ability, and can be nailed with round nails, Screws; the price is also relatively cheap, and the price is relatively high.
Disadvantages: The environmental protection performance is worse than that of solid wood board; the flatness is slightly worse than that of MDF.

Advantages: Compared with other boards, it is harder, has a stable structure, and has a beautiful appearance; the coefficient of dry shrinkage expansion is very small, and it is not easy to deform and crack; it is used for the floor with good waterproof performance and good moisture-proof effect.
Disadvantages: The requirements for the production process are relatively high. If the process does not meet the standard, the quality of the board produced is not high; the quality requirements for the glue are relatively high. If the glue is not good, it may cause the separation and deformation of the board.
Application: Mainly used for wood floor board.
Identification and selection method: Check whether there are dead knots, worm holes, etc. on the surface of the board, check whether the color and texture are harmonious, and whether there are stains on the surface; ; Pay attention to whether the splint joints are tight and whether there is any unevenness.
Blockboard: the most versatile board
Concept: Commonly known as big core board, it is made of two pieces of veneer, which are glued and spliced together.
Uses: It can be used for interior decoration and manufacturing of furniture, doors and windows and covers, partitions, false walls and so on.
Identification and selection method: check whether the surface is flat, whether there is deformation, warpage, depression, etc.; tap the wood surface with the appliance to listen to the sound, if the sound sounds empty, it means that there is a cavity inside the board; sniff whether there is peculiar smell , If the smell is fragrant, it means that the amount of formaldehyde released is less, and if the smell is pungent, it means that the amount of formaldehyde released is more; if possible, you can cut a small piece of board to see if there is a hollow, so as to avoid miscellaneous wood.
