Solid wood wall panels provide the unity of interior finishing and decoration styles, enhance the unique space. The solid wall panels are made of natural 100% pure original wooden slats without any interlayer which are different from the solid wood multi-layer composite and density fiberboard that with board base.

Generally, solid wood wall panels are installed on the walls with relatively monotonous decoration, which makes the wall more layered. At present, wall panels mostly used in entrances, halls, restaurants, corridors, stairwells and it’s also used in high-end home renovation.

Let us look at the production process of solid wood wall panels:

1)    Raw material processing

Manufacturers need to adopt scientific and standardized management methods, especially in terms of environmental protection control. There are three unique features:

·   Raw material inspection. In the raw material inspection process, the raw and auxiliary material suppliers shall review and the materials with the lowest formaldehyde content are selected, using E1 grade plates and benzene-free spray materials to meet environmental protection requirements from the source.

·     Production quality and quantity. In the production process, ensure product quality and reduce the use of raw materials containing hazardous substances.

       ·     Continuous innovative. It is to adopt new materials and new processes, constantly update products, and improve production technology.

2)    Spray paint and sanding

Spray painting shall be done in many workshops, such as sanding, spraying primer, repairing and polishing, spraying medium paint, foiling, topcoat and etc. Spray the primer with 2 layers of base paint, repair the color (veneer, wood color difference treatment), spray paint, sand, and paint three times by hand, repeated sanding six or seven times, and finally the top coat. If it is a product that requires gold and silver foil processing, it must be processed before the top coat is sprayed.

3)    Painting

Looking at the painting process, it’s not as simple as applying the primer and polishing as expected. It also requires painting experience and level. The texture of the solid wood is painted and polished, and the pattern will gradually appear and continue with the paint process. Partially polished according to the original structure of the wood grain, so that the depth of the pattern is more three-dimensional and beautiful.

4)    Packaging

Packaging is the important part of the last process before the completion of the finished product. The packaging process includes simple product assembly, wrapping, hardware assembly, packaging production, quality inspection of the product’s before packaging.
