Flooring has always been an unavoidable issue in decoration. Due to the different substrates made in the market, the variety of flooring has gradually increased, which has brought great trouble to consumers. Many consumers do not know how to choose, so for the convenience of everyone, today I will give you a brief introduction about the types of flooring substrates.

The first type is ceramic tiles. I believe everyone should not be unfamiliar with ceramic tiles. Many families choose ceramic tiles as their substrate, commonly known as floor tiles. This is a highly practical decorative material made by firing clay at high temperatures. Due to its unique material selection and complexity of the process, as well as the characteristics of hardness, heat resistance, and wear resistance of ceramic tiles, the price is also lower than other materials, so it is very popular in the market.

The second type is wood. Wood is a popular substrate material among young people nowadays, and wooden flooring substrates are made by pressing wooden materials. It has a wide variety of types, including solid wood, composite, reinforced, bamboo flooring, and cork. A great advantage of wooden flooring is that it naturally has a woody aroma, coupled with natural patterns and texture, which also matches well with the furniture at home, giving a very warm feeling.

The third type is density board. The so-called density board is a floor made of wood fibers and other object fibers as raw materials, combined with appropriate adhesives. It belongs to a category of artificial flooring. According to density, it can be divided into low-density boards, medium density boards, and high-density boards. The density board has good physical properties and will not experience dehydration, and after manual processing, it also has sound absorption function.
