Preservative wood is wood processed (sawed and preservative) and put into a closed pressure preservative tank. The preservative agent is pressed into the wood by vacuum pressure. At present, the main preservatives are CCA, ACQ, and CAB. The main component of CCA is copper, arsenic, the main component of ACQ is ammonia-soluble alkylamine copper, and the main component of CAB is copper file.
The production process of preservative wood:
1. According to the process production needs, prepare the liquid in the mixing tank and put the medicine into the storage tank for use.
2. Take materials according to product specifications, select materials and plan them on all sides, load into the material truck, open the tank door, push the moving table to connect with the tank, push the material truck into the tank, close the tank door, vacuum work, absorb liquid, and replenish liquid, pressurization, frequency pressure, pressure relief, liquid return, vacuum, pressure relief, opening the tank door (after the pressure is discharged), discharging and inspection.
Vacuum/High-Pressure Impregnation Process
1. Preparation of liquid medicine: The liquid medicine is prepared by the stirring tank, and then injected into the liquid storage tank. The liquid medicine in the liquid storage tank is thickened or diluted as required.
2. Feeding: First, put the treated bamboo and wood into the tank, and then close the tank door and close it tightly. The specific operations are as follows:
(1) First, try to close the tank door, observe whether the upper, lower, left, and right planes of the tank door flange and the tank body clamp ring are parallel, and adjust them in time;
(2) After confirming the parallelism, start the hydraulic system to screw the clamp ring (Note: Make sure that the flange of the tank door matches the clamp ring of the tank body, and check whether the travel switch on the screw mechanism is in good condition before the hydraulic pressure can be started. stand or activate the door closer.
3. Vacuum operation: After the tank door is closed, open the vacuum valve and close all other valves, start the vacuum operation, and maintain the vacuum.
